My psychotherapeutic mindset is informed by the following: mindfulness-based, psychodynamic, schema therapy, skills-based, & systems perspectives. Currently, I am working toward certification as a Schema Therapist.
I'm also an Episcopal priest whose heart breaks over the ways the institutions of religion have mistreated and oppressed people and continue to do so. As a priest-psychologist, my work involves providing space for people who want to explore matters of faith and spirituality as ways to grow into their full potential.
